VISUAL IDENTITY, SCHOOL LIBRARIES ANNUAL EVENT
Corporate elements to create the visual identity for the event promoted by the CPR, teacher training center in Oviedo, (Asturias, Spain). The visual poetry code was used to create identity.
The print materials were one of the main parts related with the visual identity communication of the school and university libraries event. The main print communication elements where a customized brochure to compile the information of the event schedule in which speakers, conferences, workshops and much more was displayed in a clean, clear and understandable way. There were also a question card to allow participants make questions to the speakers after the conferences or during specific moments. Last but not least, there were a requirement of create a design for a roll-up to introduce people to the event building.
The visual identity is based in a photography taken in a photography study which was retouched digitally. There is a handcrafted paper model house on a book, which cover is a tablet. There is also a light in the house, which allude to the knowledge provide by mixing new technologies (tablet) with historical tools (books). The picture speaks by itself. I was in charge of the art direction, building the paper model, and assist during the photo session. Also, I designed all the elements with the final image.
It was used to allow assistants to make questions before/during/after the conferences.
They were used to introduce assistants to the main event building.
